- Tattoos suggestive & violent in nature
- Clothing deemed offensive by management
- Absolutely NO Bad Attitudes
- Patrons must have two forms of picture ID to enter.
In respect to Section 43.1003 of the San Diego Municipal Code which does not allow smoking in public places nor on public sidewalks within the Downtown San Diego, Ca. and Gas Lamp Entertainment Zone, Block 16 Union & Spirits will not support or stamp our customers for free re-entry for the purpose of leaving the premise for smoking.
With the above stated, if you are to exit the venue for the purpose of smoking, please understand you will be charged a re-entry fee equal to the amount which is being charged at the time of your re-entry.
